Join the New Hampshire State Director for The Humane Society of the United States and leaders from the Humane Society for Greater Nashua to meet your state legislators from Nashua and the surrounding districts and discuss how you can help strengthen New Hampshire's animal cruelty laws. Off the heels of the rescue of 84 Great Danes from a suspected puppy mill in Wolfeboro, we'll be working in the 2018 legislative session to change New Hampshire's commercial breeder regulations, address the financial burden on taxpayers to care for animals seized in cruelty cases and strengthen our cruelty laws and we're going to need your voice to do it!
Simply bring yourself and your passion for animals — no prior knowledge of animal legislation is needed. You'll be inspired to learn how your local support can make such a big impact in the fight against animal cruelty and will be able to meet your state legislators to urge them to support these changes.
Questions? Please contact your HSUS state director, Lindsay Hamrick, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 603-401-0287.
This event will be held at the Humane Society for Greater Nashua, 24 Ferry Road, Nashua. Parking is free.
